How It Works
Setting up the integration takes about 10 minutes. First, connect your phone system (like RingCentral or Dialpad) to Call Connector using OAuth 2.0 authentication. Then connect your Clio Grow account the same way. Call Connector securely accesses both systems to monitor calls and create Notes - no complex configuration or technical knowledge required.
Once connected, Call Connector automatically logs everything as Notes in Clio Grow. When a call comes in, it matches the phone number to an existing Contact. Basic call details appear immediately as a Note. On paid plans, AI transcripts and recording links are added as additional Notes. If the Contact has one active Matter, all Notes auto-link to it.
