How It Works

Setting up the Clio Manage integration takes about 10 minutes. You'll need to be a Clio Manage admin user to connect the integration. First, connect your phone or video system (like RingCentral, Dialpad, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams) to Call Connector using OAuth 2.0. Then connect your Clio Manage account the same way. Call Connector securely accesses both systems to monitor communications and create records automatically - no complex configuration required.

Once connected, Call Connector captures every communication in real-time. When a call occurs, it matches the phone number to existing Contacts in Clio Manage. Each call is logged as both a Communication record and an Activity, providing visibility in multiple places within your system. The default billable status is non-billable, but you can configure this in the Call Connector dashboard Options tab. If the Contact has exactly one active Matter, all records automatically link to it. On paid plans, AI legal transcriptions and recording links are embedded directly in the Communication body for instant access.
