How It Works
Setting up the Zoho CRM integration takes about 5 minutes. Simply connect your Zoho CRM account through OAuth 2.0 - click 'Authorize' in the ion8 Connect App Authorization tab, sign into Zoho CRM, and authorize the connection. No complex configuration needed.
Once connected, Call Connector captures every communication in real-time. Calls are logged as Call records with complete details including duration, timestamp, direction, and participants. SMS messages appear as Notes on the contact record for easy tracking. Faxes are stored as Attachment records on the Account, making fax documents accessible alongside other account files. If no contact is found and Contact Creation is enabled, Call Connector automatically creates new contacts as Leads in Zoho CRM.
