Call Connector integrates with Dialpad through OAuth 2.0 authentication to automatically capture all phone calls and SMS messages. Calls are captured with full details including recordings and AI-powered transcriptions. SMS messages are also captured and logged to your destination system. Note that Dialpad fax support is coming in 2025 but is not currently available.

How It Works
Setting up the Dialpad integration requires Company Admin permissions in Dialpad. The setup takes about 15 minutes. Connect your Dialpad account through OAuth 2.0 - click 'Authorize' in the ion8 Connect App Authorization tab, sign into Dialpad with a Company Admin account, and authorize the connection.
Once connected, Call Connector captures every call and SMS message in real-time from your Dialpad phone system. Calls are captured with Dialpad's AI-powered transcriptions and recordings, then logged to your connected destination system (CRM or legal practice management software). You must enable AI services in your Dialpad account for Call Connector to access transcription and call summarization features. Fax support is not currently available but is planned for 2025.
